Grey Mountain Partners Acquires Custom Components Co.

Grey Mountain Partners of Boulder, Colo., has acquired Custom Components Co. of Tampa, Fla., according to a January 10 news release.

"Custom Components' niche product line, value-added services, technical leadership and strong management team are a critical part of our go-to-market and acquisition strategy in the glass sector," says Beth Lesniak, vice president of Grey Mountain, in the release. "The combination of Global Security Glazing and Custom Components Co. will enhance our security- and commercial-focused products and open up new end markets and geographies. We are excited about this investment and the opportunity to cross-sell and grow Custom Components' product offerings and services."

Grey Mountain recently acquired Global Security Glazing of Selma, Ala., and Binswanger Enterprises LLC of Memphis.
