On April 1 Westcrowns Inc. of Ocean Isle, N.C., opened a distribution center in Norfolk, Va., that will inventory the Pilkington Profilit™ line. The new distribution center will service Delaware, Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., West Virginia and Eastern North Carolina.

According to the company's announcement, the Mid-Atlantic distribution center will offer customers low costs by eliminating international freight expenses and will also provide fast delivery for compacted construction schedules.
