On Thursday, December 8, 2005, Steve Brown and Larry Weathers finalized the agreement that will have Unruh Fab, Inc. of Sedgwick, Kan., acquire the manufacturing and marketing rights to the entire line of glass racks, carts and accessories from Weathers Metal Products of Tupelo, Miss. The acquisition is effective immediately. "The Weathers name has been synonymous with quality and affordability in the glass rack industry for many years," said Steve Brown, Unruh president. "This expansion will be a perfect fit with our current line of products and a chance for us to offer even greater options for our customers." |
