A.C. Engelfried, president and chief executive officer of Ultrafab Inc. in Farmington, N.Y., and Roland Toker of Collins Toker Agencies Ltd., located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, have announced a joint stocking distribution agreement.

According to the announcement, Collins Toker Agencies will stock, sell and distribute Ultrafab's weatherseal products to window and door companies in the Western Canadian provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

The agreement goes into effect in the first quarter of 2005.
