TruSeal Technologies of Beachwood, Ohio, has added a cost estimator to its website that is designed to help window fabricators determine potential savings for production processes. The company says estimated savings for using warm-edge flexible spacer technologies can be determined by visiting www.truseal.com.

By clicking on the "Cost Estimator" link under the "Tech Info" dropdown menu, website visitors first select an IG spacer from a selection of single- and duel-seal options. Next, they enter production-related items, such as the approximate number of units that will be produced annually, units produced per shift, market value of equipment and percent of IG units with muntins. Additional figures, such as labor and component costs, are also included as required data.

Once information is collected, click the submit button. Users can expect a cost summary within five business days, according to TruSeal.
