Trösch AG, HY-TECH-GLASS Installs New Glass Railing Application
with LUXAR® Anti-Reflective Coated Glass
Glas Trösch AG, HY-TECH-GLASS of Bützberg, Switzerland,
has announced that it and its partner McGrory Glass Inc., of Aston,
Pa., have completed a substantial number of homes in the Lake Tahoe
area with it´s latest application: glass railings that offer
unhindered and reflection free view from the lakeside homes to the
lake and vice versa.
Due to "visual pollution" of the nature and environment
around the lake by the currently used wooden, metal or wire-mesh
balustrades, the residents of this community have been asked by
the state Environmental Agency to change their existing railings.
Many chose to use glass railings with LUXAR® anti-reflective
coated glass.
With LUXAR®, which the company says has a reflection of less
than 0.5% glare, reflections and mirror-like effects will be excluded.
There are unlimited options for LUXAR® in interior and exterior
applications, i.e. railings, facades, shopfronts, vitrines, show
cases, information displays, etc.

Herrmann with Glas Trösch or McGrory
