Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing of Beachwood, Ohio, has announced the promotion of Will Rich as a business leader responsible for overseeing product stewardship, marketing, technical service, product line forecasting, business planning and strategy development and implementation.

Rich joined the company in 1997 as a district sales manager in Houston, and was serving as the eastern division sales manager prior to his promotion. He also served previously as an infantry officer in the United States Army, and received the U.S. Army commendation and meritorious medals during his military career. He later worked as a sales representative for Baxter Scientific Products and Eagle Picher before joining Tremco.

Rich has a bachelor's degree in wildlife science from Texas Tech University.
