The September 2005 issue of USGlass will include a special feature on the Best Companies to Work for in the Glass Industry.

How will we determine which companies are the best? Simple. Forms returned to us will be ranked according to the results of a master survey of USGlass subscribers. Those respondents were asked questions regarding their company, and were asked to provide information on a variety of benefits they receive from their employer. We also asked them to rank each benefit in order of importance to them. This base information gave us a barometer from which to measure who is the "best."

For consideration in this special section, please fill out the survey below about the benefits your organization provides. Once you send in the form, we will compare your results to our employee barometer and determine if your company will be included as one of the best.
