Hiawatha Inc. and Air Louvers, divisions of Activar Construction Products Group, has named Jeff Spanier its national sales manager. Prior to joining the company, Spanier had eight years of experience in the steel industry. He has experience in strategy development, account management and development and customer service.

Spanier will be based in the company's Bloomington, Minn., headquarters.
