Simonton Windows of Parkersburg, W.Va., has announced two new managers. Julie Balsley has joined the company as the promotions manager and Lissa Lucas is the new public relations manager.

As promotions manager, Balsley is responsible for overseeing the company's Nitpickers™ Club, which is a network of contractors and builders committed to "quality 1". She will also manage the mail-in rebate programs, promotions on new products and existing lines and the company's corporate apparel program.

As public relations manager, Lucas will plan, direct and execute trade and consumer media activities. She will also coordinate product donations and special events.
