National
Adhesives Announces Product Line Price Increase
Based in Bridgewater,
N.J., National Adhesives has announced a 7-percent increase in the
price of alls its adhesives in the United States. The increase is
effective June 1.
According to
Charlie Call, corporate vice president and general manager, U.S.
Adhesives, the increases are necessary in order to offset "sharp
increases in the cost of oil and natural gas, which have driven
up prices of key chemical feed stocks used in making raw materials
for both hot melt and liquid adhesives."
