PGC Symposium Exhibits Sell Out, Large Audience Anticipated

The Protective Glazing Council (PGC) has announced that all 17 exhibit booths for the Fall Symposium in Washington, D.C., have been sold in anticipation of a large audience of architects, government officials and glazing contractors. The event will take place October 17-18th at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. The Symposium features several high profile speakers from the anti-terrorism and building protection fields.

"We are very excited that exhibitors have recognized the opportunity to be in front of a large population of building owners and designers on this important issue," said Brian Pitman, director of marketing and communications for PGC. "With attendance being free to this segment of the industry, it is important for member companies to step up and represent the increasing need for protective glazing through exhibits and sponsorships of the Symposium."
Sponsorships for the event are still available.

Pre-registration is required for free attendance. Those wishing to attend or sign up for a sponsorship may register on the PGC website.

The Protective Glazing Council represents manufacturers of protective glazing products and systems, suppliers to these manufacturers, consultants and testing organizations. The Association was organized to provide support to government and industry in the development of standards and specifications, as well as use of protective glazing products, for blast resistance, bullet resistance, and main force attack.
