Optimum Window Mfg. Corp. of Ellenville, N.Y., has announced the creation of
a national sales organization to better serve its rapidly expanding Western and
Southern markets. The new organization will focus on meeting the demand for Optimum's
fire-rated windows and developing a broad distribution for its new line of special
metal window and door products.
The
company has named Lou Perez as national sales vice president to lead the organization.
Perez has extensive experience in the fenestration industry, having directed business
development and sales operations for several New York-area window companies during
his career. Perez has been a key member of the Optimum team for the past two decades,
alongside his brother Candido Perez, the company's founder and chief executive
officer.
Optimum has also welcomed several new sales representatives to the national
sales organization. Kevin Turner, located in Salt Lake City, is developing new
territories in Utah and Colorado. Mark Smith, located in Indianapolis, is developing
new markets in Indiana. Steve Bishop, based in Memphis, Tenn., covers Tennessee,
Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Dave Sumner, located in Orlando, Fla., serves
the southeast part of Florida. Jim Watkins, based in La Quinta, Calif., covers
all of Southern California and Southern Nevada. Mike Vizcarra, based in Penngrove,
Calif., covers all of Northern California.
"We have a very dedicated and knowledgeable sales team, with the experience
and skills to meet our customers needs and exceed their expectations," said
Lou Perez.
