Oldcastle Glass to Debut Decorative Glass Line at NeoCon

Shawn Donovan, vice president marketing, Oldcastle Glass, has told USGNN in an exclusive interview that the company will be introducing a new line of decorative glass products, called Montage, at the NeoCon show taking place June 13-15 at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago.

"Yes, we're launching a decorative program, a product initiative, called Montage for the interior decorative market, as it relates to glass, of course," he explained.

"Right now it's in a soft launch," he continued. "We've made the announcements internally and there will be some announcements going out soon. We've got a dedicated sales force for it. We're going to be showing at NeoCon for the first time this year. And that will be the official launch to the market with products and samples for the interior designers to see," Donovan said.

"Montage is the name of the product group, a category of decorative products we call 'visual effects' glass," he stated.

He said that the company has already started contacting a certain individual number of projects with the product line. "We have a dedicated facility that will be working on a variety of these decorative products."

While the Louisville, Ky., facility will be dedicated to this, Donovan added, "One of our strengths is that we have 45 facilities throughout North America. So depending on the capability and what the product specs are, we could have other facilities involved."
