Mid-AM Metal Forming has announced it is breaking ground on a
new location in Terrell, Texas. The new facility will occupy 20,000
square feet and perform stretch forming and fabrication operations.
The company currently has two stretch forming machines in Terrell
that service the curtainwall, storefront, handrail, window, aerospace,
marine and specialized commercial vehicle industry.
The new facility will have three stretch forming machines, an
annealing and heat-treating oven and a new fabrication line. Capabilities
will include radius cutting, break metal fabrication, as well
as drilling, punching and notching capabilities.
The company says the building has been designed with expansion
in mind, with plans to add a high solids paint line in the future.
