Kaba Access Control of Winston-Salem, N.C., has announced changes within its sales organization. Charles Hayes is now the business development and OEM manager for North America, serving the United States and Canada. He will be responsible for developing the company's access control business through new channels and also through maintaining and cultivating OEM opportunities. Previously he served as the company's product manager for Simplex push button locks. In addition, Roger Bergstrom has joined as Kaba's product trainer. He will conduct certification and training classes for Simplex, E-Plex and Peaks product families in the United States and Canada. He has 20 years of experience in the access control and locksmith industry.
