United States Aluminum Field Sales Representative Jerry L. Riggs Passes Away at 67

Jerry Lawton Riggs of Lee's Summit, Mo., passed away on Friday, July 14, 2006 at age 67 after a nearly seven year battle with cancer.

Lawton spent six years with the United States Marine Corp before running his own business, Arrow Glass, in Lee's Summit, MO. He spent 20 years with United States Aluminum as a field sales representative.

During his tenure with the company, he covered areas including: Southern Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma. He served as a mentor to countless co-workers and customers.

Lawton is survived by his wife of 49 years, Toby, three sons, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Jerry is also survived by two sisters and brothers-in-law: Janice and Larry Kent and Joyce and Martin Reese.
