Harmon, Inc. Promotes Mike McCarthy to Project Coordinator in Cincinnati

Harmon Inc.'s Cincinnati office has promoted Mike McCarthy to project coordinator.
He started with Harmon six years ago in the fabrication facility where he was involved in the cutting, assembling, glazing and delivery of the company's window systems.

Additionally, he served as safety coordinator and helped maintain the shop's KanBan system, part of its Lean manufacturing practices.

Currently, McCarthy is coordinating a remodel and addition on the University of Dayton Research Institute's Kettering Laboratories and assisting with retail projects such as Macy's at the Kenwood Town Centre in Cincinnati, and Old Navy, PetsMart and Lane Bryant in the Bridgewater Falls lifestyle center in Fairfield Township.
