Jim Mroz has been promoted to the position of regional vice president for Harmon Inc.’s offices in Atlanta, Chicago and Lombard, Ill., Milwaukee, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and South Bend, Ind. He will be overseeing a team of 300 that includes, sales, office, fabrication and field staff.

Mroz has been with Harmon for 18 years, joining as a project manager. He also served as general manager for the company’s Indiana office for five years prior to his promotion to regional general manager.

He has a bachelor’s degree in building construction and management from Purdue University and is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute.
