Attention Glass Shops and Glaziers: Do You Know Where
Your Employees Are?
For those who spend a good amount of work time driving from location
to location, customer to customer, the development of Global Positioning
Systems (GPS) has made the job a little easier. These systems allow
users to type in their destination address and then provide step-by-step
directions.
Likewise, there are also systems available that allow owners and
managers to track where their installers are at any given moment.
Is your shop familiar with any of these systems? Have you used them
yourself and, if so, which ones?
We want to hear from you about your experiences with different
GPS systems for a future issue of USGlass magazine. Send e-mails
to Ellen Giard at egiard@glass.com
and tell us which system you've used and what your experience was
like.
Please send e-mails by January 22, 2007.
