Graham Architectural Products, headquartered in York, Pa., has promoted Bruce Croak to manager of technical services for the commercial window manufacturer.

As a member of Graham's sales and marketing department, Croak will assist customers in all aspects of technical-related issues, including those involving structural, thermal, and product applications. He also represents Graham on National Fenestration Rating Council committees for non-residential products and performance testing procedures.
