Graco Inc. has purchased the stock of Liquid Control Corp. and affiliated company Profill Corp. of North Canton, Ohio. According to the announcement, the acquisition includes Liquid Corp. subsidiaries Decker Industries Inc. of Palm City, Fla., and Liquid Control Ltd. of Wellingborough, U.K.

Liquid Control is a designer and manufacturer of highly engineered precision resin dispensing equipment solutions, and will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Graco Inc. It will continue to operate using the Liquid Control names and brands out of each of the existing manufacturing facilities.

Graco Inc., based in Minneapolis, designs, manufacturers and markets systems and equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray fluid materials.
