R.C. (Raj) Goyal has been named vice president and general manager of Graham
Architectural Product's new blast mitigation products business unit. Goyal will
also continue in his role as the director of marketing for the company's commercial
window corporation.
"Today many government buildings and military barracks require blast-hazard
mitigation windows that maintain the architectural integrity of the structures,"
said Goyal. "I am honored that Graham has selected me to head its new blast
mitigation products unit, which will make special products tested to meet DOD-UFC
and GSA blast-protection levels, up to level D. These unique fenestration products
are designed to 'protect the protectors,' the men and women who represent our
nation's first line of defense."
Goyal has more than 30 years of experience in the architectural products industry,
and is an active member of a number of associations including ASME, CSI, ASTM,
NFRC, NGA, PGC and AAMA. He attended the University of Notre Dame and has a master's
degree in materials sciences and metallurgical engineering.
