Fab Educational Programming Wraps Up In Pittsburgh
The Glass Association
of North America's Glass Fabrication educational conference, taking
place at the Hyatt Regency at the Pittsburgh Airport, is concluding
today. The conference is designed to provide education and informational
sessions on insulating, laminating and tempering applications. More
than 120 people are taking part in the two-day event.
A number of
general session seminars were on the agenda including float glass
technology, automated cutting and edging, glass breakage, roll wave
distortion and more.
In addition, afternoon activities are organized into individual
break-out sessions--insulating, laminating and tempering--that are
designed to focus on the critical elements of successful fabrication
in each manufacturing concentration.
