Glass Doctor, a part of the Waco, Texas-based Dwyer Group Inc., has hired Jeff Anz to serve as the company's marketing manager.

Anz previously worked as a senior account executive at Fletcher Communications, an advertising agency that handles clients in the Central Texas community. With experience in print, broadcast and online marketing, as well as community relations and corporate positioning, Anz will play a key role in how the Glass Doctor brand is presented to its internal and external audiences.
