and USGBC joining Glass Expo Rocky Mountain '06
Glass Expo Rocky Mountain '06 is proud to announce the addition of the
American Institute of Architects (AIA) Colorado and U.S. Green Building Council
(USGBC) to the event that will be held January 19-20, 2006 in Denver Colorado
at the Holiday Inn, Denver International Airport. Along with the Colorado Glazing
Contractors Association (CGCA), the AIA Colorado and USGBC will be together in
one area for the "Think Tank" 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., January 19 and
from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on January 20. Join all three for a great opportunity
to connect with three outstanding associations in the industry.
AIA Colorado is a state chapter of the American Institute of Architects. AIA
Colorado is subdivided into four regional chapters: Denver, Colorado North, Colorado
South and Colorado West. Their "standard is to achieve a high level of service
to its memberships through elevating the quality of the build environment in the
state of Colorado." Members also work with each other and their communities
to create more valuable, healthy, secure, and sustainable buildings and cityscapes.

Joining the AIA at Glass Expo Rocky Mountain '06 is the U.S. Green Build Council
(USGBC), the nation's foremost coalition of leaders from across the building industry
working to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable
and healthy places to live and work. The organization represents the entire building
industry on environmental building matters, and their unique perspective and collective
power provides their members with enormous opportunities to effect change in the
