The Glass Association of North America (GANA) Insulating Division has announced
that Timothy J. Moore of P.D.C. Glass & Metal Services/United Glass Corp.
will serve as the chairperson of the Insulating Division's new Technical Committee.
"I appreciate the Division's support in choosing me to serve as [chairperson]
of the Insulating Division's Technical Committee," Moore said. "We have
created a mission statement for the Committee and are currently working on various
glass informational bulletins, technical documents and projects that will serve
the industry and architectural community. Our Committee will work hard to help
shape the IG industry, and I encourage individuals to become involved."
Moore serves as the manager of technical services at P.D.C. Glass & Metal
Services/United Glass Corp., a position he has held since 1996. Prior to P.D.C.
, he worked as a plant manager for Perilstein Distributing Corp. and production
manager for HGP Industries.
The Insulating Division of GANA was created in 2004 to focus on commercial
architectural insulating glass units.
