The Glass Association of North America (GANA) has announced that Curt Bolden
and John Wright of Visteon have been approved as the first facilitators for the
Glass in Today's Architecture AIA continuing education system (CES) program.
In 2004 GANA's flat glass manufacturing division lead the efforts in making GANA
an AIA/CES accredited provider of presentations for architectural learning units.
"Curt and John are the first of what we anticipate will become many flat
glass manufacturing division members approved to provide the continuing education
program to architects, engineers and specifiers across North America," said
Greg Carney, GANA technical director.
According to the announcement, GANA approved facilitators will visit architectural
firms to provide AIA members the opportunity to earn the required continuing education
credits while learning about architectural glass as presented in the generic industry
"This program represents the beginning of GANA's new efforts to help educate
young design professionals about the products and services our members provide
the construction industry," added Carney.
