Glass Expo Midwest™, the only event dedicated to the Midwestern auto and flat glass industry will be held on
October 9 -10, 2007 at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, in Grand Rapids, Mich.

This event will feature two days of exhibition, educational seminars, a local plant tour and cocktail party, sponsored by Gunther Mirror Mastics, on the trade show floor on Tuesday, October 9.

Co-sponsored by the Michigan, Detroit Glass Dealers and Ohio Glass Associations, Minnesota, Indiana, Illinois Glazing Associations, Iowa, and Wisconsin Glass Association, and the Association of Glazing Contractors, USGlass, AGRR, WINDOW FILM, Door & Window Manufacturer and SHELTER magazines, Glass Expo Midwest typically attracts between 800-1,200 attendees depending on its location. This is the second time in its history the event will be held in Grand Rapids.

"The area has always been a hotbed of glass company activity and we are pleased to bring our educational and exhibits program to Grand Rapids," said Tina Czar, exhibits manager. "We are expecting a first-class event in a first class location."
