ENR Names Top 20 Glazing/Curtainwall Contractors
The Engineering News-Record has released its report on the top 600 specialty
contractors in the October 16 edition of the magazine. Among the
specialty building niches it ranked was that of glazing/curtainwall,
of which it named the top 20 in the field.
Leading the pack is Harmon Inc. with $220.0 million in revenue for
2005, a 31 percent increase from the year before. Second on the
list is Enclos Corp., with a 2005 revenue of $141 million, reflecting
a one percent increase over the previous year.

Walters & Wolf ($122.8 million, 3 percent increase);
Trainor Glass Co. ($74.2 million, 3 percent decrease);
W&W Glass LLC ($60 million, 9 percent decrease);
A.C. Dellovade Inc. ($47.3 million);
Architectural Glass & Aluminum ($44.5 milion, 2 percent decrease);
Karas & Karas Glass Co. Inc., ($40.9 million, 8 percent increase);
MTH Industries ($27.6 million, 18 percent increase);
National Construction Enterprises ($24.8 million, 73 percent increase);
Masonry Arts Inc. ($22.1 million, 8 percent decrease);
American Glass and Metals corp. ($21.5 million, 40 percent increase);
Heinaman Contract Glazing ($20.7 million, 62 percent increase);
Cartner Glass Systems Inc. ($20.7 million);
Zephyr Aluminum Inc. ($20.2 million, 24 percent increase);
Giroux Glass Inc. ($18.4 million, 14 percent increase);
Tower Glass Inc. ($16 million, 20 percent decrease);
Egan Cos.Inc. ($13.4 million, 25 percent decrease);
R&R Window Contractors Inc. ($13.1 million, 23 percent increase);
and
Ajay Glass & Mirror Co. Inc. ($12.9 million, 15 percent decrease).
