Edgetech I.G. Inc. Names Tracy Rogers Technical Director

Tracy Rogers has accepted the position as technical director of Edgetech I.G. Inc. The position, which is new to the company, was formed specifically for Rogers', who has 18 years of window industry experience.

His prior responsibilities include planning and executing all research and development and new product development activities for the company. Rogers will continue as Edgetech's technical representative at industry professional association meetings. Mike Hovan, President of Edgetech, made the announcement.

Prior to joining Edgetech, Rogers served in different positions throughout the window industry including product development, sales, marketing and general management positions. Rogers also holds five patents. Most recently, he served as north central regional sales manager and technical representative for Edgetech.

Rogers is an active member of Window & Door Manufacturers Association (WDMA), National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC), Insulating Glass Manufacturers Alliance (IGMA), and serves as Chairperson on multiple committees and task groups in American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) and Glass Association of North America (GANA).
