The Dwyer Group Celebrates 25th Anniversary in 2006

The Dwyer Group begins celebrating 25 years of franchising success this year, and along with it the millions of customers served worldwide.

"This New Year marks a major milestone for the history of our company and the approximately 2.2 million service calls our franchisees make on an annual basis," said Dina Dwyer-Owens, president and chief executive officer of Waco, Texas-based The Dwyer Group. "Not only have our franchise brands grown to become leaders in their industries, but also we continue to grow in market share and name recognition as we expand into new territories at home and abroad."

The Dwyer Group supports a network that includes more than 1,300 franchisees in 21 countries. As part of the 25th Anniversary, The Dwyer Group plans to continue to grow its current franchise brands, adding an estimated 250 locations among its concepts this year.

"We expect it to be an incredible year as we celebrate where we've been and focus on where we're going," Dwyer-Owens said.
