DuPont Introduces Dry Glaze SentryGlas® Plus

DuPont Glass Laminating Solutions recently announced a new dry glaze product to its line of SentryGlas® products called Dry Glaze SentryGlas® Plus. The new addition to the line features the company's SentryGlas® Plus interlayer, making it both hurricane and large missile impact resistant.

According to DuPont, in cycling tests the new product has shown increased laminate structural integrity resulting in more of an applied force being transferred to the framing structure. In turn eliminating the glazier's reliance on the structural sealant's mechanical and adhesive properties, allowing for the dry glazing in commercial systems.
