DialMark LLC, a provider of business management software for the glass industry
headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, announced today that it will change its
name to Digital Business Controls (DBC) and will be found on the web at www.dbcontrols.com.
DialMark will begin operating under its new company identity February 14th.
This follows a transformation of the company in recent years from being a sole
provider of direct marketing solutions for the auto glass industry to providing
business management solutions. As Digital Business Controls, the company will
offer point-of-sale software for auto and flat glass retailers and distributors,
auto and flat glass sales training services, in-bound call center management and
training, full company IT Services, hosted application services, disaster recovery
and data backup services, and customized software development services.
"In establishing these clearly defined suite of services, we are proactively
rebranding DialMark to avoid any confusion with respect to the focus and direction
of our company," said company president, John Wharton.
Doug Call, vice president of DBC, added, "Today, our core business competency
is providing premiere out-of-the-box software and IT solutions that will positively
impact the bottom-line of glass retailers. Changing our company name to Digital
Business Controls reflects this shift and provides a branding platform on which
we will build new technologies to serve the needs of the glass industry."
