USGNN received the news release dated June 5 from a reliable source and subsequently confirmed with the news organization that the release had been posted on its website and removed. With such an important topic, we decided to get the information to you immediately and continue our follow up.

Upon further investigation, we have found the news to be outdated and actually from a press release issued when Pilkington and Visteon were in merger conversations some years ago. No such discussions are ongoing at this time and we regret the confusion.
