Capital Tape Co. of Cleveland has announced that A. Neil Small has joined the company as its new president. Kenneth Hegyes, who founded Capital Tape in 1990, will assume the position of chairman.

Small, who is originally from Scotland, has more than 15 years of experience as a senior operations manager and strategic financial professional for companies in both the United States and the United Kingdom. He has an honors degree in economics and political science from Aberdeen University in Scotland. He is also a fellow of the London-based Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
