California Sheet Metal Works Inc. (CSM) has announced the acquisition of the assets of San Diego Sheet Metal Works (SDSMW). According to the announcement the acquisition creates the largest and most capable architectural sheet metal organization in San Diego.

The two shops will begin working out of SDSMW's Santee, Calif., plant this month. The acquisition will include machinery additions, an increase in workforce and additional space.
