Paolo Sandri Appointed Managing Director of Z. Bavelloni

Paolo Sandri has been appointed managing director of Z. Bavelloni, part of Glaston Technologies Inc. a division stock of Kyro Technologies. He joins the Kyro Group from the automotive industry, where he has been employed since 1987.

Among his previous job titles, Sandri served in management positions in production, product development and sales and service operations for Fiat Group.

"Sandri's experience of these areas essential to Bavelloni is a good starting point for continuing profitable growth and innovative development," said Pentti Yliheljo, president and chief executive officer of the Kyro Group and Glaston Technologies.

Sandri's appointment became effective yesterday, January 2, 2006. He will report to Yliheljo.
