F. Barkow Inc. of Milwaukee has hired David Schindler as the company's general manager. He will be responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing operations of the company, including scheduling, purchasing, supervising plant personnel and DNR and OSHA compliance.

Schindler has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing. He has both an engineering and legal background, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. He replaces Clayton Smith, vice president of manufacturing, who has been on extended leave from the company.
