AFG Announces Personnel Changes at Cinnaminson Plant

Shaun Banner has been promoted to the position of plant manager for AFG Industries' Cinnaminson, N.J., plant.

Banner is a native of Kingsport, Tenn., and a graduate of Lincoln Memorial University. Most recently he served as the production manager at the New Jersey facility. Prior to relocating to New Jersey, Banner held various management roles at AFG's Greenland, Tenn., float plant.

In addition, Frank Donaghy has been named production manager in Cinnaminson. He has been with AFG for nine years in various manufacturing roles.

Chris Carpenter has also been promoted and is the new technical manager. He has been with AFG for five years.
The new robot project leader is Michael Barnes, who previously served as production supervisor.
