YKK AP America announced today that it will expand its presence into the Rocky Mountain region with the addition of sales representative Dan Shultz.  With a focus on the Colorado market, Shultz will enable YKK AP to provide architects, engineers and glazing contractors within the region with local access to the company’s line of commercial building products, according to the company.

Shultz brings nearly 20 years of experience in various sales and marketing positions as well as a successful record of developing and maintaining accounts with architectural aluminum products. In addition, he brings a deep knowledge of the industry and its sales cycle to YKK AP, as well as extensive experience within the Rocky Mountain region, the company adds.

“We’re excited to bring Dan Shultz on board to expand our business into Colorado, and the surrounding areas,” says Oliver Stepe, senior vice president of YKK AP America.  “We are confident that his wealth of experience and industry knowledge will be an asset to the company and to our potential customers within the region”

“I’m excited to work with the company to bring its commercial building products to the region,” said Shultz. “It’s an exciting time for the industry, and as buildings become more technical with evolving energy codes and requirements, I feel strongly that YKK AP has the right products to fit perfectly within that market.”
