The Window Factory Hires New Plant Manager

The Window Factory of San Diego has announced the hiring of the newest addition to its manufacturing team. John Beaver has been hired as plant manager of the window and door company.

Beaver manages the company's window manufacturing operations, including the new fiberglass entry door production area. He is responsible for engineering new products for The Window Factory, and also oversees operations ranging from quality control to purchasing.

Prior to this position, Beaver worked at several home improvement companies around California. At Windowmaster Products, a company located in El Cajon, he worked in facility layout, flow analysis, profitability and new product development. Soon after, he became plant manager of American Integrity Corp., a window company in Apple Valley, where he expanded the vinyl window manufacturing operations and improved throughput.
