Wausau Publishes Product Literature on Thermal and Acoustic Curtainwall

Wausau Window and Wall Systems of Wausau, Wis., has available new literature on its HP-Wall Series, its thermal and acoustic curtainwall. Wausau says the HP-Wall offers condensation resistance, so it is ideal for use in preserving controlled climates for sensitive indoor environments, such as museums.

The system features a multi-level thermal barrier system and, according to the company, can reduce operating costs and HVAC capacity requirements by up to 35 percent for heating and 20 percent for cooling.

The company adds that the curtainwall system has successfully met 15-psf water test pressure, has a U-factor as low as 0.20 and a condensation resistance factor up to 80.
