Viracon Coater Goes Down

Sources say that at least one of Owatonna, Minn.-based Viracon's coaters is not functioning properly. This has increased lead times on some types of glass from the 36-year-old company.

Christine Shaffer, marketing manager of Viracon, said the company would not have any comment on the state of the coater.
