Trulite Opens Super Center in Atlanta

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions LLC of Deerfield Beach, Fla., has finalized construction of its newest super center in Atlanta, according to a February 7 company news release.

With more than 250,000 combined square feet of production space for both glass and aluminum it will be one of the larger facilities in the region. Aluminum fabrication equipment as well as a second furnace and laminating line are now in production. The facility is part of the company's "strategy to improve customer support with the ability to supply both architectural aluminum and fabricated glass products from the same location," according to the release.

"The addition of our second furnace, laminating line and updated architectural aluminum product portfolio is designed to minimize manufacturing lead times, as we continue to drive to be the best in the country," says Doug Sampsel, regional general manager, in the release.

Jason Watts will be managing the architectural aluminum portion of the business. He has years of experience having worked for Kawneer of Norcross, Ga., US Aluminum, now part of C.R. Laurence in Los Angeles, and Vitro America of Memphis, now part of Grey Mountain Partners.
