Mike Soeder has been named vice president of U.S. sales for Tremco Commercial Sealants and Weatherproofing. Previously he served as vice president and general manager for the company's industrial products division.

In 1990 Soeder joined Mameco International, which was later acquired by Tremco. Over the years he has served in a variety of sales and marketing positions for both companies. He has a bachelor's degree in communications and a teaching certificate from John Carroll University.
