Bureau Releases Safety Glass Import and Export Values
The U.S. Bureau of the Census has released its September import-export
values for tempered and laminated safety glass.
Mexico remains by and large the largest country from which these
safety glass products are imported, with a value of nearly $23 million
in September.
Canada remains the largest country to which the United States exports
its safety glass products. The number of products going to Germany,
the second largest importer of these U.S. products, halved from
August to September. Exports to Mexico, in third place, also continue
to drop.
