Thermal Windows Inc., a Tulsa-based custom window and door manufacturer, has announced that it is nearing completion of a 36,000-sq. ft. expansion to its manufacturing plant. Fleming Building Co. of Tulsa is handling the construction, which is adding on to the current 200,000 sq. ft. building the company currently has housing its manufacturing operation.
