Technoform Bautec Appoints Manuel "Tony"
Roman and David Buddenhagen to Key Management Services Positions

Technoform
Bautec has expanded its North American workforce with the addition
of Manuel "Tony" Roman and David Buddenhagen. Both are
now responsible for sales of the company's structural insulating
strut. Roman will serve the Northeastern United States and Buddenhagen
will be responsible for several Midwest states.
Roman has experience in account management, business development,
territory management, product management, retail sales, merchandising
and strategic planning. Previously, he served as a national account
manager for United States Gypsum Corporation. Roman has a bachelor
of arts from Bowling Green State University.
Buddenhagen
has experience in business development, sales, sales management,
marketing, training and structural framing. Previously, he served
as regional sales manager for Carter Components/Structural Systems.
He also spent more than 13 years with international forest products
company Weyerhaeuser, focusing on the development of its engineered
lumber product lines and structural frame system solutions. Buddenhagen
has a bachelor of science from the University of Akron.
