CHINA - Shanghai Yaohua Pilkington Glass Co. Ltd. Earns Additional Insulated and Safety Glass Certifications

The Insulated Glass Certification Council (IGCC) and Safety Glazing Certification Council (SGCC) have approved the Shanghai Yaohua Pilkington Glass Co. Ltd. (SYP Glass) facility, located in Tianjin, China. According to a company announcement, the IGCC and SGCC approvals provide third-party evidence that the new facility meets critical glazing industry standards, from initial fabrication to storage and handling.

"Our goal is to meet or exceed the certification requirements at all SYP Glass facilities," says Frank Zagar, North American factory agent, SYP Glass Company. "We believe facility certification is critical when offering our customers more reliable products and services. It goes hand-in-hand with customer satisfaction and provides them with top-notch glazing."
